A. Collection of CMPR
Collects data on individual cooperatives monthly progress status, including job generation, new members, asset increase/decrease, business volume, net worth, paid-up capital, and total savings deposits, consolidating them into a single baseline data.
B. Technical Assistance thru Training and Seminars
It provides assistance to cooperatives for regulatory seminars, partnering with other government offices, agencies, and Coop Federations to maximize resources and cost sharing on seminar expenses.
C. Orientation of Prospective Cooperative
Prospective cooperatives and associations will undergo orientation, focusing on pros and cons of coop organization. Those deciding to forego organizing will attend a pre- registration seminar conducted by CDA personnel.
D. Assists the Cooperative Council
It is responsible for information dissemination, minutes preparation, program preparation, document preparation, and encouraging cooperatives to attend various activities, including regional, provincial, and municipal level celebrations, LGU- Community Services Programs, and Coop Tripartite Conferences and Summits.
